Tropical smoothie cafe is my go-to spot whenever i want a delicious smoothie. I love the fruit combinations that make the smoothie so tasty. The store is always clean and i get a welcome every time i step foot in the store. I recommend everyone to try it out.
Now I’ve been coming here for yrs, and I never have rude customer service from the staff. I miss the young lady Katelyn. The young man that I had today Darvon has a nasty attitude. It’s not what you say, but how you say it. Joan was scared to give me his name, and he tells her move I got it. As if I was asking something strange. He needs to be retrained on speaking with customers.

Ordered a hummus veggie wrap without cheese and ranch (I'm lactose intolerant) and what I got was severely unripe tomatoes, a chunk of chicken in twp of my bites, a very brown price of lettuce and missing the pickled onions. While it tasted fine with just the lettuce, rice, beans hummus and guac .. I don't see how this is acceptable at all especially for a $9+ wrap
