“This place is busy. I went around lunch time and had 2-3 people ahead of me online, but it goes fast. I sat inside to eat and waited only about 10 minutes for my food. The girl who took my order was super sweet and brought my food to the table. I tried the salmon burger with cucumber salad and it was delicious. The music was a little loud for me but other than that, a good experience overall.“

“For dinner we when to RUMI and it was amazing! Appetizers absolutely delicious all our dinners were delicious fresh hot completely satisfied . And then we had complementary Turkish tea and we all had desserts which were absolutely delicious someone with a sweet tooth would love. “Honestly I usually come here and get good service bowls are good. Not sure if it’s because the cashier was having a long day or if it’s because it’s 30 minutes before closing(not even as I write this review it’s 9:24) my bowl was made in like less than 60 seconds. Which looking at the bowl it doesn’t even look full compared to when i usually get my bowls. Cool. But the passive aggressiveness from the girl wasn’t it. Usually they put like a white cream (not sure what it is) she said it was white chocolate. I didn’t see the white chocolate & I asked nicely are you sure it’s there? And she just responded with an attitude. Everyone is entitled to bad days! We’re human. But please don’t forget you’re at work. Serving people. There’s multiple people in that store, someone else can be the face when you’re having a rough day. Just be nice!“

“Perfect start to the day! We stayed here 4 or 5 times during our week in NY for breakfast. We tested porridge, acai bowls and smoothies. The "Hell's Kitchen Sink" tastes awesome (with peanut butter and cocoa nips.) The smoothies Boo Berry, Gymbuddy and Energy Boost are each made with almond or coconut milk and protein powder .We loved everything! The service is very friendly and There are only a few seats, so we were there early (about 8 / 9h) and had no problems getting a small table.Now we are back home and miss the delicious bowls!“

“I came here last week after work and had such a wonderful experience! It was my first time ever trying sea moss I got 3 of the gels, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. The sea moss was absolutely amazing, fresh, and tasty. I’ve been using them in smoothies as recommended but the flavored ones are especially great on their own! I shared with my sister and she fell in love with the orange passion guava flavor gel!
I also want to give a huge thank you to the wonderful lady behind the counter. She was genuinely the sweetest person and made my first experience so memorable. She took the time to answer every question I had, explained everything so well, and really took her time to make some cool conversations. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and wants everyone to have a great experience.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm welcome. The atmosphere was inviting, the customer service was outstanding, and the quality of the sea moss was incredible. Experiences like this makes me so grateful I stopped in.

“Came in here after work around Lunchtime to have a smoothie bowl as I was craving to try one. I custom made what I wanted and had the pitaya (dragonfruit) base with mango, blueberries, granola, banana, coconut flakes and honey and omgggg did it deliver!!!! Sooo delicious! Not to mention the service frok the girls there was super sweet and friendly. There’s a cute bunch of chairs to sit at outside which is where I loved to after being inside because it’s air conditioned inside and I wanted to get some sun. Highly recommended!“

Good food, calm atmosphere, and exactly the kind of place you want inside a store like Saks: clean, polished, and easy.

It feels healthy without tasting like punishment, which is apparently rare now. Great stop if you’re shopping, working nearby, or just need a decent place to sit and eat without dealing with Midtown chaos.

“Love Playa Bowls—best açaí bowls hands down!!! They’re hearty and you get a nice size bowl/amount for the price. The options are insane!

My favorite is the power -açaí bowl w/ peanut butter (shown in the picture). My kids love the mucho mango (also in the picture) and the Stupid Cupid (not pictured).

This particular location is a nice size. They have a few tables inside as well as a seating area. There is usually seating outside as well but the entire sidewalk block is under construction at the moment.

I’ve never experienced bad customer service. I’ve dined in, ordered online for pickup, AND I’ve had it delivered before. Always a 10/10!“

“I came here on a Saturday morning and it wasn't super busy. I was able to get a quick latte. I tried this nut honey latte and it was delicious. I love that they have non-dairy milk options. My friend got a soup and liked it. This is a good spot for grabbing coffee!“

“I’ve had several smoothies and juices from Planta and they are by far some of the best smoothies/juices I’ve had! I love the coffee smoothie - it’s a delicious way to start the day. And the Blue Mountie with spirulina is so tasty. Their juices are incredibly fresh and delicious. Most importantly their drinks are naturally sweetened with fruit, honey and dates and not with syrup/sugar. I look forward to trying more of their drinks! Definitely recommend Planta to anyone who is looking for healthy, delicious smoothies and juices with high quality ingredients!“

The staff is always attentive whenever I have questions about choosing various items to try in the Playa Bowl. All of their products are fresh and the establishment is always clean.
