Wonderful place - truly a hidden gem. Menu was wonderful and vast - wide range of options to satisfy all appetites. The food was outstanding and very high quality ( therefore prices will be on the upper end and reflective of that quality ) - none the less it was super delicious / good portions Egyptian cuisine catering towards all pallets - vegan / halal / etc. - lovely / cozy ambiance, super clean located in a nice part of town. Across the street is the beach to soak in the sunset....
I don’t know if the food is ‘authentic Egyptian’ but the falafel lunch plate I got was very good. The falafel was crispy outside and light inside with good flavor. The hummus was fresh and the chicken shawarma sandwich and fries were tasty and hot. I got a Turkish coffee which was very good. Our waitress was great , and also informative. The food was amazing from the appetizers, to the entrees and of course the dessert. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff was friendly and attentive. It was even a nice surprise to have music and entertainment from a belly dancer. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this restaurant.
