“Such a beautiful location! The one in Red Bank as well. I went in to pick up my 2 day fasting cleanse. A young lady greeted me with a genuine welcoming smile. She was knowledgeable and informative. I decided to get a hot latte. A gentleman walked over to me and handed it to me! He didn't stand at the counter and say, your order is ready. This customer service was top tier! Oh, and the juices ARE SPECTACULAR, LIKE REALLY GOOD!!!!“

“I visited The Herd Juicery and was totally impressed. They have refreshing fruit bowls and juices, and they serve hot meals that are gluten-free and plant-based. For anyone who has celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, it's nice not having to worry about gluten cross contamination. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Even my husband loved his bowl and felt full afterwards without needing to take a nap. The smoothie bowls were a perfect guilt free desert!“

“We stopped in here for lunch & the entire family loved their meals. We had a nice time here, the place is clean, staff is speedy & professional. We were able to park on the side. Their us outdoor & indoor seating. The food looked presentable and it all tasted fresh. Will definitely be returning here when we’re back in this area.

Kid-friendliness: One of my kids only eats tenders & fries wherever we go. My husband and I were craving tacos from here as highly recommended. Glad we were able to accommodate our child in a taco establishment.“

“I order doordash from this location every morning and they're great! The one thing I'd like to suggest, instead of sealing the bag you guys put your smoothies in can you put the seal over the straw hole and around the side of the smoothie lid? I had one dasher bring me the smoothie with the bag tore open and told me verbatim "those idiots don't know how to pack right I had to open your bag so the smoothie didn't fall over". I requested a refund from doordash and tossed the smoothie cause he could have done anything with it he wanted. Otherwise I love this place!!!“

“Vegan or not, it’s worth checking out this cute spot. We ordered the porkroll egg and cheese sandwich, the buffalo tempeh mac and cheese, the bacon, hashbrowns, french toast sticks, and a cold brew. As some other reviews mentioned, they did change some items on their new menu but there was still a good variety. I felt that they did a good job recreating typically non-vegan dishes. Our favorites were the Buffalo Mac and cheese (really good) and the French toast sticks. The worker running the food out to us was very kind and attentive (blonde hair, dark makeup). I didn’t feel that we had to wait long for our order. The decor is very fun and themed. They were out of a few things we had inquired about, but we aren’t nit-picky. I would come here again but would maybe call ahead to see what’s on the menu because I still see the old menu listed online and it’s since changed quite a bit.“

“This is the best surf taco location ever and you can’t change my mind. My tacos are so fresh and hot every time and they show up quickly. Seriously my favorite place to eat, it’s unfortunate that I live like 45 minutes away. Otherwise I’d be here weekly. And no parallel parking! Every other location makes you parallel park“

“We were looking for a vegan restaurant to stop at about halfway through a drive from Bergen County to a shore point and found this place on Happy Cow. It did not disappoint! Food was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive, and the portions were large. We ordered the mac & cheese with coconut bacon and the Reuben sandwich. Although we were full we ordered two desserts to go because they looked so delicious . We ate them later on at home and they were delicious as well! We got the slutty brownie and the chocolate chip cookie. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.“

“We traveled 2 1/2 hours for a beach day and ended it with a Playa Bowl in Asbury which is a summer tradition. But we almost missed out! Location was closed by 6:00 pm on 9/21/24! We were in disbelief! We got there at 6:10pm. We begged and pleaded and “Jimmy” made it happen!!! World class service with a smile!!! What an amazing person you are “Jimmy”! “it has been awhile since I was in Atlantic Highlands when JUS was still open. I am so glad that I was able to stop in today. The Chia pudding was always a favorite. The pudding used to be served in a small cup by itself. Well now it comes in a bowl with fruit, nuts, syrup and then some .... it was delicious before but even more fantastic now. And sorry, no photo because it was eaten before I wrote this! Yum!“
