I order doordash from this location every morning and they're great! The one thing I'd like to suggest, instead of sealing the bag you guys put your smoothies in can you put the seal over the straw hole and around the side of the smoothie lid? I had one dasher bring me the smoothie with the bag tore open and told me verbatim "those idiots don't know how to pack right I had to open your bag so the smoothie didn't fall over". It was busy and the staff were on the ball and friendly.
Not tryna be an a hole but this place is so incredibly slow and like I get it, but at the same time it’s incredibly irritating. I ordered a bowl and it wasnt gonna be ready for the next 40 mins. Like at least they communicated that on the app but they didn’t mark it on the app as done or anything so I’m just waiting there trying to be patient and even after the time my order was “due” they still didn’t call my name ??
