They have left the front door open in the freezing cold, so it’s cold in here. My table was filthy, covered with egg yolks when I sat down to eat. The place smells like cigarettes. The “hashbrowns” were prepackaged, deep-fried potato puck, pretty disappointing. There are no outlets where you could charge your computer or your phone. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
They take the time to greet you personally by name. it's been therefore ever it is still better than Madison bagel that is located around the corner. Both are a little pricey but well worth it at the chateau be sure to stop in and tell them George sent you
The workers of Bagel Chateau are so kind and genuine. I was passing through Madison and stopped by the hidden treasure. I was originally just looking for a caramel coffee. The kind gentlemen was able to make me the most delicious caramel latte I’ve ever had. They were so kind and friendly, I ordered a yummy bagel as well. They told me that they prepare everything to each person’s liking and if you don’t like it, they’ll fix it no problem. They truly treat you like family....
