The people working there were very friendly and that's about all that was good about my stop there. Unfortunately the bagel was small and super tough and they were cheap with the cream cheese. With all the great bagel shops around, I would not come back here for bagels.
Old school bagel shop in the heart of Madison. I grabbed an iced coffee before heading into a cooking class at Healthy Italia. The woman who got my coffee was very friendly, and the place was inviting. Seemed to have a lot of regulars. Coffee was smooth, tasty and they have syrups (vanilla, caramel and tiramisu as the ones I remember). Very reasonably priced and I'd welcome trying a breakfast sandwich next time I'm in town. very family friendly environment. adding to the fact that the food was top notch, the gentlemen are very nice and helpful. Honestly, I was thinking about going to madison bagel today but i am beyond excited to have tried this place because of the great customer turnover.Kid-friendliness: very family friendly environment. seems like a very homie place, adding to the fact that the food was top notch.
