“Had a great experience with Davidovich Bagel Cafe. This is exactly what you want from a local bagel spot—fresh, high-quality bagels with that perfect texture and flavor.

I got the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, and it was excellent—simple, classic, and done right. You can tell everything is made with care, and the consistency really stands out.

The staff are friendly and efficient, and everything feels very well-run. The owner was also a pleasure to talk to, which added to the whole experience. The art on the wall adds a nice touch to the atmosphere and gives the place extra character. It has that classic neighborhood feel with lots of regulars coming in, which says a lot.

“Located on Millburn Avenue in Short Hills, New Jersey, Bagel Pantry offers breakfast sandwiches and approximately 15 types of bagels and a few other items. The plain bagel was fresh and the cream cheese very high quality. Take out is popular, while others take a break at the 8 or so small tables. The lighting is somewhat dreary, and the ceiling and walls perhaps worn, but the service was pleasant and the prices certainly reasonable.“

We were over the moon & found heaven in a bagel! Fresh, tasty, delicious New Jersey bagels! We ordered 2 dozen to take home to Tennessee, which by the way you actually get 15 bagels for a dozen(must be some kind of new math, lol). Guessing the online bagels we’ve been getting will be on hold for quite a while, these bagel are worth the side trip if you are ever within 20 miles(for us 600 miles), do yourself a favor get some & the crumb cake they have is also delicious! “Nice deli, bagels were good they were able to make my sandwich just the way the like. The meat was piled on and the sandwich was filling. The bagel has the right consistency of crunchy and chewy with the flavor that you expect. It's hard to find good bagels where I currently reside(Pittsburgh) so it was a nice treat while visiting here.“

“Love, love, love TFAB! Legit the best bagels around! They are the perfect mix of chewy, with a crispy/crusty outer shell. If you rip the bagel, it doesn’t rip evenly (rightfully so). This place has always been my number 1 spot. We typically go at least once a week and it’s a Sunday ritual. Personal favorite is an everything bagel. Their blueberry is amazing, even the next day.

They are even better when they are fresh out of the over - literal heaven!

The staff is always so friendly and they know us by name. They are also just so kind to my son, who has been snacking on their bagels since he could have solids. They have definitely set the bar high for bagel expectations!

“We had ordered DoorDash and waiting a good close to an hour to haven a driver accept the pickup/delivery. We called manhattan bagel and explained the situation, we were trying to cancel the order and just pick up ourselves but DoorDash didn’t allow us to change from delivery or pickup, so ok. As we were on the phone with manhattan bagel they also noticed our order was sitting there but in the same time a driver accepted the pickup and delivery so we said okay we will wait. The order gets delivered and when we go outside the order was gone. The door dasher left it outside without notifying us or anything. So now we are out of breakfast, cool. I go tot he store personal and just replace my order because we reported it to DoorDash and they claimed to return our refund. When I got there and ordered and paid. Alex the gentleman who took our call of concern was present when I place my order. He kindly without me asking helped me with my order discounted me but I had to buy something. I don’t believe it was their fault it was on DoorDash. I just want to give a shoutout to Alex and the staff there. When I got there to place my order all the tables inside were taken, it was busy and still they gave grace and kindness. I love seeing that from an establishment. And I highly recommend going here. They are kind. Now full disclosure I’m not saying to go there and claim this. I had proof this happened and I’m glad Alex acknowledged that. Regardless bagel and croissant with BECSPK. Was amazing and their strawberry and blackberry lemonade is amazing. All in all I want to thank them for showing kindness and taking the burden on BEHALF OF DOORDASH!

“Very small bagel store, no frill interior. I believe they have a couple small tables at most and a wall hung flat panel. Tables may have been removed during peak COVID. Parking is pretty decent, I can typically get a parking spot without issue. Some bagel varieties do run out quite early in the morning. Typically everything bagel, salt, egg, wheat, blueberry are available later in the day. I do feel these bagels are some of the best in the immediate area, not bready, with enough chewy and crispy parts and moist. They have basic variety of bagel flavor selection but not a huge variety. Bagels have always been spot on consistent. Friendly staff and typically quick service.“
