The bagel has the right consistency of crunchy and chewy with the flavor that you expect. It's hard to find good bagels where I currently reside(Pittsburgh) so it was a nice treat while visiting here.“

“My dad and I had coffee and bagel. Cinnamon bagel with plain cream cheese with regular brewed coffee. Everything on it bagel with garlic herb paired with vanilla almond coffee. The food was freshly made and service was fast. The coffee variety is sufficient which allows you to drink a different kind of coffee each day of the week. A little bit pricey than Manhattan coffee and bagel, but it's worth it.“

“Boy, are we glad we added this special stop to our road trip from the Boston, MA area because they sell gluten-free bagels... and they're delicious...plain or with everything (poppy, sesame, garlic etc.) They even have packaged gluten-free snack items! We were over the moon & found heaven in a bagel! Fresh, tasty, delicious New Jersey bagels! We ordered 2 dozen to take home to Tennessee, which by the way you actually get 15 bagels for a dozen(must be some kind of new math, lol). Guessing the online bagels we’ve been getting will be on hold for quite a while, these bagel are worth the side trip if you are ever within 20 miles(for us 600 miles), do yourself a favor get some & the crumb cake they have is also delicious! Honestly, I didn’t expect to find bagels this good outside the city, but these are the real deal — fresh, perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. You can tell they’re made right and made often, because every bite tastes like it just came out of the oven.

But what really makes this place stand out is the people. The staff — and I’m pretty sure it’s family-run — are incredibly welcoming. “Very small bagel store, no frill interior. I believe they have a couple small tables at most and a wall hung flat panel. Tables may have been removed during peak COVID. Parking is pretty decent, I can typically get a parking spot without issue. Some bagel varieties do run out quite early in the morning. Typically everything bagel, salt, egg, wheat, blueberry are available later in the day. I do feel these bagels are some of the best in the immediate area, not bready, with enough chewy and crispy parts and moist. They have basic variety of bagel flavor selection but not a huge variety. Bagels have always been spot on consistent. Friendly staff and typically quick service.“

“Had a great experience with Davidovich Bagel Cafe. This is exactly what you want from a local bagel spot—fresh, high-quality bagels with that perfect texture and flavor.

I got the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, and it was excellent—simple, classic, and done right. You can tell everything is made with care, and the consistency really stands out.

The staff are friendly and efficient, and everything feels very well-run. The owner was also a pleasure to talk to, which added to the whole experience.
