Went to get a tumbler and thought I was lucky enough to find a discount tumbler, the price was unbeatable but if you don’t have a system to calculate the discount rate to the exact amount then just price it with a % off of the original price. I would take it without making them redo the calculation. From what I understand is that if you price something for $14.95 it should just be $14.95x 6.625% tax…. But when you have to manually go and make bad math and I go back and ask...

Ordered a peppermint mocha to go and had received help sorting out my Starbucks app/gift card issue I had. The cashier was really helpful and patient as we worked out the issue. Drink was great and the store looked clean with plenty of seats.

Beautiful facility and I have been in here many times (long time Starbucks fan) always a pleasant experience, except for today when I witnessed something concerning that I saw taking place behind the counter.
Employee had placed stacks of cookies in plastic wrappers on the floor(ugh) while they were preparing to place them into an under the counter cabinet. Once cookies were moved from the floor into the cabinet, they took one...
