Absolutely amazing Arby’s, the food was amazing, the service was incredible, and they were very nice & understanding even when it took us incredibly long to choose what to get. I hate giving mixed reviews.The service and staff at drive thru are great. Been several times. I went a month ago, ordered Waygu burger combo. Burger, great, fries were cold and dry. I thought maybe, I waited 5 minutes. Went back got the fish basket. The fish.... love it!! The crinkle fries, cold and dry again. Been back just to get the fish only a few times. Love Arbys always something new on the menu, though I wish they would offer a vegetable side dish crinkle fries are good they used to have Mac and cheese. Got rid of the home fries patty . Everyone is so friendly and pleasant, great staff. They don't have side salads anymore they were good.
