“I am a Customer to multiple TH locations in the Mahwah, Upper saddle River location. The coffee and food are fantastic but this review is more for the experience. I have noticed that from the 3 locations I visited over time, I noticed to find this one(Valero’s Location 17 S) the best. Others have lacked proper stock of milk, creamer ect. The lady that takes my order here every morning is exceptionally good. She may come off as serious but she is pretty sweet. Always makes my coffee to perfection. Haven’t had a bad experience while she’s behind the counter. As a very observant customer I love to see that the counter and work station are kept very clean as organized. I’ve seen it not so great in the other locations and/or other employees. My point is I noticed that this lady I believe her name is Daz or Paz really shows pride and what she does. I been driving an extra few miles only to get her customer service because the worse thing is to buy a coffee and down the road you notice the coffee or food isn’t made as you asked multiple times. She’s made my experience great. Not saying there aren’t other good workers, just saying this one shows a bit more of what I would want in my store. If you read this, Thank you for your consistent great customer service over the time. keep up the good work Daz or Paz, don’t remember which letter it starts with.“

Huge shoutout to the 2 gentleman working through a rush today (11/17/25) at 230. They were ever friendly and made sure everyone was getting what they ordered. They definitely deserve a raise if permitted as these 2 are always happy and have a smile on their face when I come in, they know my order by heart and always reccomwnd new things to me, which got me hooked on the refreshers’

“The most consistent Starbucks in the area. This is the only location I will go to if I want the perfect drink, every time. Not the typical Starbucks atmosphere since it's in the supermarket, but it has it's own little corner with a fireplace and large tables so we sometimes have morning office meetings here. If all Starbucks made their drinks like this location, I would be buying $7 coffees everywhere I go.“

“Staff was fantastic yesterday. Very accommodating woman who ran three gift certificates through to see how much money on them. She wore a chicken hat....so great for the season! Also we met my Dad's best friend....who worked at Boston Naval Shipyard with him many years ago. I asked another young woman if she could lower the sounds a little for us as I wanted to make sure we could all hear each other ...she was wonderful. I would go there again just for the staff.“
