I had a Valentine’s event on feb15th which needed to be rescheduled to the 22nd and I canceled the order last minute for 30 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries. “I just want to express what a lovely experience we had at your ice cream shop in Ramsey this evening. My husband discovered the shop last week and enjoyed having some ice cream from there. He raved about it to us and I planned to come in on Labor Day with my daughter to try some. I called before heading over and Addison was so nice and courteous over the phone. When we walked into the store she was so nice and friendly and served us with great care. The ice cream was outrageously delicious. We tried Cookie Monster and Dubai chocolate. We are looking forward to coming again. We took home a couple of scoops for my husband to have at home. Addison held them in the freezer until we were ready to leave.“

I came with a 2 year old, she needed a diaper change, they told me the restrooms were closed to customers and only for staff. I got my little girl her ice cream and a guy who appeared to be a manager told us to get out because they dont allow indoor seating. it's a shame because the ice cream is great and it's a great location“

“Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not too long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.“

The service is pretty basic—most of the time it’s students working there, and they mainly just handle the checkout without much interaction.

On my last visit, I added walnuts like I usually do, but they didn’t taste fresh this time.
