“I had to come here and write a review because of how happy I am with their services. This Baskin Robbin’s made me a custom cake for my bridal shower, and it couldn’t have looked or tasted better!! Everyone was raving about it! 10/10 would absolutely recommend. The first picture is the inspiration and the second is what they made me.“

“My family and I enjoy coming to this frozen yogurt spot. There’s a good variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. The space is roomy, although it could use some improvement in terms of décor and overall upkeep.

The service is pretty basic—most of the time it’s students working there, and they mainly just handle the checkout without much interaction.

On my last visit, I added walnuts like I usually do, but they didn’t taste fresh this time.

“Must have been crazy to go for ice cream on a thirty degree day in January, but have driven past this Dairy Queen many times -and today was the day. Glad I went to this Dairy Queen! Fast service! Received my Oreo Blizzard very quickly! The Blizzard was SO delicious!!! I would recommend this Dairy Queen and plan to visit again when I am in the neighborhood.“

“I’m so happy to have found this little gem. The staff was very friendly. The inside is super cute. The best part about this place is their soft serve ice cream. The Ube is my favorite & they give a generous amount. I also like the matcha & ube mix. They also offer various different flavored ice cream, boba teas, & desserts. I 10/10 recommend this place !!“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“Best in NJ! The number one spot of choice to satisfy my sweet tooth and get my daily dose of caffeine with either an Espresso or Latte before starting my work day. Many ice cream flavors to choose from , high quality and tastes great! Best waffles I’ve ever had. Place is meticulously maintained ,which is crucial for me, I noticed how attentive the employee’s were to the tables, counter and floor. Spotless! Very warm and welcoming environment! “The ice cream is great and although parking is hard it’s worth the visit at least once! Their ice cream flavor selections are pretty unique. I will say their hot chocolate didn’t hit. There was no piece of marshmallow it was a tiny dollop with a squirt of whipped cream.“

“I was there for the first time a few weeks ago. Was so impressed! The vanilla soft serve actually had flavor. Most places I make them put a ton of toppings on just so it has some flavor. Also, the medium was so large my two nieces that normally want larges could barely finish it. So you definitely get your moneys worth. My only question is I want to bring a friend who’s allergic to eggs. I called the shop and they said they didn’t know if there was eggs in the ice cream (If it wasn’t for my friend, I would never know that many places like Carvel does use eggs to make it more creamier). So do you use eggs in your soft serve?“

“Thanks for the yelp elite invite. In little part of town is a hidden gem. Must have past it numerous times. What a great experience! It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. “The most amazing experience ever. Can’t say enough. Both Mary and Philip are the sweetest and were absolutely a pleasure to work with. I had a Valentine’s event on feb15th which needed to be rescheduled to the 22nd and I canceled the order last minute for 30 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries. They didn’t charge me a single cent. I got the same order for the following week and they did an absolutely amazing job. The BEST CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES EVER!!!! I ordered a vanilla ice cream soda; vanilla soda with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. The next time I went last Saturday at night the girl didn't have the faintest idea of what vanilla soda was. Finally I got what I wanted but it was annoying. I understand if she was new

“My four year old was adamant that he wanted a rocket ship ice cream cake for his birthday. I called a 11 ice cream cake shops in the area only to be told that it was impossible without the right mold. One place even asked me to order a mold for them and they would see if they could make the cake but wanted to charge double for the effort. I randomly found this Carvel in Hackensack and after explaining what I wanted, one of the staff members brainstormed ways to make the cake come to life. I sent them a picture and out came the best rocket ship ice cream cake that anyone had ever eaten! The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious and most importantly, my child was super happy. I came with a 2 year old, she needed a diaper change, they told me the restrooms were closed to customers and only for staff. I got my little girl her ice cream and a guy who appeared to be a manager told us to get out because they dont allow indoor seating. it's a shame because the ice cream is great and it's a great location“

“I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when upon entering this establishment. I haven't really had good experiences with trying new icecream places. But not only was this locations Dairy Queen clean the icecream was beyond my expectations 😋👍 I will post 2 pictures that I took while at the store.
