“I had to come here and write a review because of how happy I am with their services. This Baskin Robbin’s made me a custom cake for my bridal shower, and it couldn’t have looked or tasted better!! Everyone was raving about it! 10/10 would absolutely recommend. The first picture is the inspiration and the second is what they made me.“

“My family and I enjoy coming to this frozen yogurt spot. There’s a good variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. The space is roomy, although it could use some improvement in terms of décor and overall upkeep.

The service is pretty basic—most of the time it’s students working there, and they mainly just handle the checkout without much interaction.

On my last visit, I added walnuts like I usually do, but they didn’t taste fresh this time.

“Must have been crazy to go for ice cream on a thirty degree day in January, but have driven past this Dairy Queen many times -and today was the day. Glad I went to this Dairy Queen! Fast service! Received my Oreo Blizzard very quickly! The Blizzard was SO delicious!!! I would recommend this Dairy Queen and plan to visit again when I am in the neighborhood.“

“Stopped by today… exceptional service today. When I go to places it’s obviously for the food/dessert, but when the customer service is AWESOME, It makes my experience 10x better, & that’s exactly what it was !!“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“Lost Borough is an incredibly special ice cream place located on a cute stream in downtown Yonkers. Its flavors include rare gems like brigadeiro and chinola. Its staff is welcoming and gracious. And the prices are gloriously affordable. Did I mention the free toppings? If you are passing anywhere near Yonkers, this is a must stop.“

“I was there for the first time a few weeks ago. Was so impressed! The vanilla soft serve actually had flavor. Most places I make them put a ton of toppings on just so it has some flavor. Also, the medium was so large my two nieces that normally want larges could barely finish it. So you definitely get your moneys worth. My only question is I want to bring a friend who’s allergic to eggs. I called the shop and they said they didn’t know if there was eggs in the ice cream (If it wasn’t for my friend, I would never know that many places like Carvel does use eggs to make it more creamier). So do you use eggs in your soft serve?“

“Thanks for the yelp elite invite. In little part of town is a hidden gem. Must have past it numerous times. What a great experience! It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. I had a Valentine’s event on feb15th which needed to be rescheduled to the 22nd and I canceled the order last minute for 30 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries. “I just want to express what a lovely experience we had at your ice cream shop in Ramsey this evening. My husband discovered the shop last week and enjoyed having some ice cream from there. He raved about it to us and I planned to come in on Labor Day with my daughter to try some. I called before heading over and Addison was so nice and courteous over the phone. When we walked into the store she was so nice and friendly and served us with great care. The ice cream was outrageously delicious. We tried Cookie Monster and Dubai chocolate. “My four year old was adamant that he wanted a rocket ship ice cream cake for his birthday. I called a 11 ice cream cake shops in the area only to be told that it was impossible without the right mold. One place even asked me to order a mold for them and they would see if they could make the cake but wanted to charge double for the effort. I randomly found this Carvel in Hackensack and after explaining what I wanted, one of the staff members brainstormed ways to make the cake come to life. I sent them a picture and out came the best rocket ship ice cream cake that anyone had ever eaten! The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious and most importantly, my child was super happy. I will always place cake orders with you guys!“
