“I usually don't leave reviews at chains, but this Dunkin is awesome. They almost always get my order right when I mobile order so they're very reliable. The other Dunkins nearby don't have as attentive staff which is fine but sometimes I'm in a hurry so that's why I mobile :) It's always ready quickly. I've tried the whole menu and back basically but my favorite remains the cold brew or that new lighter iced coffee blend. Tip them, they deserve it!“
“I ordered a cake at this DQ and the young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful in helping us find the correct cake and personalizing it. We had a special theme and using a neat screening process they were able to put a message on the cake that we created in a graphics program. The pricing was good, the timing was good and of course the cake was tasty! Bravo to a very well trained staff! I've been back a few times for blizzards and they are quick and efficient.“

Staff is friendly.The two (2) complaints that take away a star:Definitely coming back here, but not as often as I would like, because it’s kinda pricey. $30 for two (2) scoops on a cone; and 2 midsized cups.Employees need to wear restaurant caps to cover their heads when serving; specially while styling long/braided hair. I mean: I don’t want that stuff on my food.Kindly work on those, and I would consider adding the 5th STAR.“
