I was just at this location with my family for the pumpkin painting event. I have to say, I have been in the hospitality industry for almost 40 years and have never come across someone so polite, friendly and customer service oriented than a gentleman that works there named Von. I believe that’s his name. I’m not sure of his position there but if he isn’t a manager he needs to be. Kudos to him.
