“A fantastic family run Italian Restaurant with a nice atmosphere and consistently delicious food. Pizza is a classic, but when it comes to sandwiches I recommend the Montague (a breaded chicken and roasted pepper sandwich) and the meatball sub. All of the staff and the cooks are amicable and welcoming.

I recommend signing up for their benefits so that you can get discounts and coupons.

“Over Easy is a little hidden jem amid a sea of blase breakfast nooks in Marlboro, NJ. I went on a Saturday morning for my birthday brunch and it was the highlight of my special day. Upon entering we were greeted by friendly staff and walked under boughs of bright purple flowers strung over head that decorated the ceiling on the way to our table. Our server Paul was wonderful! Polite and professional he was so attentive and answered all our questions about the menu with a smile. Coffee and cappuccino were everything we hoped for. Rich, creamy and delectable. But the food was even more amazing. Fluffy, 2-inch thick omlettes that were freshly made stuffed with garden spinach and feta. Perfectly sautéed potatoes on the side. The best part? They offer gluten free toast and pancakes that were better than any I've ever had. Oh and the coffee mugs are for sale 😊☕️Between the calming atmosphere, the top notch service and the incredibly good food, I give Over Easy 5 stars! Something I dont do often.
