I love Chick-fil-a ,go all the time, this is the slowest one I have ever been to 10xs over. when you have to put your car in park waiting in drive through...its too long a wait. I was in drive through for over 35 minutes most of that never moving. This store really needs to find out what all the other stores are doing to move their lines...
Ordered $90 + of food and they forgot all the fries. Really disappointed.
Terrible customer service this afternoon. It was total chaos and packed rather than your typical mind-blown, organized experience. Somehow after reading back our order we were given half of our order and we were told it was complete. It took more than five tries on their end, complete with charging us more for stuff that should’ve already been charged and then believe it or not we still didn’t get the correct food. I will never go to this location again.
