“My family and I typically visit the Folsom location—however we drove by and they were extremely packed (like, line all the way to the road packed!), so we decided to drive to this location instead, since it’s only a short distance. I’m so glad we did! Only one customer was there! And i’m not sure why, as the customer service was great, they have plenty of seating, a nice size/accessible parking lot, AND they have a drive-thru!“

It doesn't help that entrance to the parking lot is right near a parking spot, a bench where people eat, and the Rita's order stand. Then the spots that are available is usually taken for a long time as people sit in their vehicles to eat ice cream.“
