Pallet Brewing Company is a fantastic brewery with excellent, well-made beers. The IPAs were great, and the German pilsner and Lapis IPA are also above average. The space has a cozy feel with beer hall tables, ample seating, and a very warm inside. It is a vibrant and bustling neighborhood spot with a laid back vibe. The staff is always friendly, fast, and make sure customers have their mugs full. The owner is a down to earth friendly guy and an experienced brewmaster. Pallet is a fun time with music and bands. It is a great addition to Maplewood and perfect after having pizza at Artie's. Customers appreciate the BYOF policy to bring in food from nearby restaurants.
