Been living in SOMA for year and this is a bit further from us but not terribly far but we have lived this place for more than 15 yrs I think and it never fails in food and friendly service
I love this corner cafe's eclectic atmosphere. The food is fresh and delicious. I'm not even a vegan and I admire and indulge in their vegan entrees and desserts. The lemon and snickerdoodle desserts are my favorites. I enjoyed their take on avocado toast. It was paired with greens and pumpkin seeds. I never would have thought of that. Stop by there if you're in the area, I'm sure that you will enjoy their wraps too.
Besides the food being great and very reasonable, this aging hippie so appreciated the atmosphere of this adorable cafe. Loved the music— loved everything about it! The gentleman working the cafe ( maybe the owner) was so busy, yet he was so kind and upbeat to each and every customer. I don’t go out to eat as much anymore bc I just don’t seem to enjoy it as I once did. But I thoroughly enjoyed True Salvage— can’t wait to go back
