“I was so excited when Juice Pod opened in Margate! My only consistent issue has been that the smoothie quality can be a bit inconsistent. Sometimes they’re absolutely perfect, and other times they aren’t blended as well as they should be.

That said, I was really impressed with the customer service. When I called to mention the issue, Carly was incredibly kind and immediately offered to remake my smoothie. The replacement was blended perfectly and exactly what I was hoping for.

Overall, I think Juice Pod has some great recipes and excellent customer service. With a little more consistency in preparation and training, it would easily be a five-star experience.“

“While I think these bowls are fantastic and do get them from time to time, the price is just too high. In my opinion, they should be closer to $10, not $15. Then, on top of that, there’s a convenience fee just for placing the order online and walking in to pick it up? That’s crazy. I really like the product, but between the price and the added fee, it makes it hard to justify purchasing them regularly.“
