loved this place, so different from many smoothie places, manager was really funny.
I was so excited when Juice Pod opened in Margate! My only consistent issue has been that the smoothie quality can be a bit inconsistent. Sometimes they’re absolutely perfect, and other times they aren’t blended as well as they should be.

The Juice Pod Margate offers great, delicious variety that beats any competition. Its popularity is evident, especially during busy times like Fourth of July weekend, which says more about the product they deliver than anything else. The food is amazing, and the smoothies have great recipes. However, the smoothie quality can be a bit inconsistent—sometimes absolutely perfect, other times not blended as well as they should be. The customer service has been impressive when issues are mentioned, with kind offers to remake smoothies that turn out blended perfectly. On the other hand, the service could use some work, as some visits have felt less welcoming, with bad stares or no “thank you have a nice day.” For anyone so inclined, after bringing it home, a little rum can be added to the piña colada to elevate it to the real deal. With more consistency in preparation and training, it would easily be a five-star experience.
