Dined here the next day after that with my husband (Sept 27, 2025). Both same hostess who assisted us to get a seat at our 5:30 pm dinner (walk-in) WERE SO AMAZING THEY DESERVE A RAISE and I wanna mention our server was also so fantastic! We got an ocean view! “We went there while on a weekend vacation: September 2025 for dinner one night. The Connecticut Lobster Roll, Lobster Bisque, Eel Roll, California Roll and Avacado Roll were all delicious. The service itself was quick, taking only 5~ minutes to complete my entire order. The food was fresh, generously portioned, and it only cost us $20 for two rolls, an appetizer, salad and soup. The meal ended up being so good that I drove 25 minutes that same day to taste it again. “Not much seating inside and all other food is decent, but Fuji has the best sushi around hands down. I’ve been to dozens of sushi restaurants and the fish here is always fresh/ rice is consistently good. We usually order miso soup, salmon, yellowtail, and white tuna sushi. The million roll is tasty and I always love a nice futo maki roll.

“Had a great time. Food was amazing. We sat at a habatchi table so the food was cooked in front of us. But there was also tables were you can sit on your knees on pillows. The only thing i didnt know was they charge you for a refill on your drink everytime you get one. They dont tell you. Luckly i only got 1 refil.“

Ordered Sushi and didn't get chopsticks, I had to flag down another waiter and ask for them. I didn't see the waiter again until I asked for the check.“
