“I cannot say enough nice things about Alan and ultimate catering. Alan and his staff and their food were amazing, but not only that he was truly just a wonderful human. I was sadly one of those brides that got scammed by AF. I wouldn’t have been known about what was going on if Alan hadn’t been worried about me and how I was doing. He contacted me within days of the scandal and not only told me something that absolutely devastated less than 5 weeks before my wedding, but he asked him how he could help. This man sent me a list of contacts that he had, he contacted his contacts to try to work out a deal for his brides. This man has integrity and such kindness and generosity. If he hadn’t stepped in I wouldn’t have been able to pull together all my venders to successful have my wedding. How on to the food, omg my guests were raving about the food. They loved my passed hors d’oeuvres, but they absolutely died over the roast whole pig that Alan carved himself. This man brought my husband and myself a sampling of every piece of food offering to make sure we ate. He helped me come up with my wedding plan and helped me set up my dream. You cannot go wrong with Alan and his team. Without him who knows if my wedding would’ve happened.“

“Private party in traditional presentation of a Kamayan feast (max 35 persons) for my milestone birthday. You meet with Chef Maricel herself to plan the menu and set-up (seating, music, and service). She was very accommodating for one guest who is allergic to soy sauce — a staple ingredient in Asian cooking. She prepared a separate meal for him. She made all my favorite Filipino dishes including Lechon (the best I’ve eaten!), grilled chicken inasal, fried tilapia, chicken adobo, and beef Caldereta (my husband’s favorite). I also recommend her crispy shrimp balls as an appetizer and pancit molo soup. Chef Maricel came out to present the Lechon and explained its significance in Filipino celebrations. The succulent pork and crackling were then added to the other dishes laid out on banana leaves. Dessert included turon and leche flan. The mango birthday cake was beautiful and delicious. We chose their beverage package that included non-alcoholic sangria, soda, coffee and hot tea. BYOB: Guests added pinot Grigio or prosecco to their glasses of sangria. Maricel’s Kitchen is a restaurant on the weekends and a cooking studio during the week where she teaches classes live on YouTube. The studio’s computer equipment set-up provided an opp for my family to project a slide show of photos from my life that guests watched during dinner. Our daughter led 3 birthday games between dinner and dessert where Chef Maricel’s cookbook and gift cards were the prizes. She signed each cookbook. Such a memorable evening!“

“I surprised my wife for valentines and brought tickets to the valentines dinner and dance 💃 party. This was our first time here and let me tell you it was better than I expected it to be. It was decorated for Valentines from the ceiling to the tables. The service kept coming around to the tables with hors d’oeuvres and the open bar was top shelf liquor. The food was too die for. The coffee and desserts 🍮 and ice cream sundaes were crazy. And don’t let me forget the DJ playing some great music. We can’t wait to go back.“

“Just moved into the area and stopped in with my visiting daughter. Very friendly owner and staff, so clean and smelled great. Got an apple tuner as hot blueberry muffins came out. Such a nice guy gave me a hot blueberry muffin welcoming me into the area. I will definitely go back and try their Chicken parm with vodka sauce panini!“

“My husband and I were craving Indian so we decided to try this place. Firstly, picking up it was the nicest customer service. The man was so personal and friendly, it was like walking into a family restaurant. He gave me a tea, some yummy dessert and he didn’t even want to accept money for it.

Secondly, we devoured everything. It was all so delicious and it filled us all up. We got three things but the chicken tikka was amazing.
