The young lady answers very politely, understands our order and gets it right every-time! It is ready is a very timely manner. It is carefully packed, with salsas and chips. Most orders include a little salad, limes, and yummy chiles. We love the enchiladas verdes, pollo empanizado (breaded chicken cutlet). The arroz and fríjoles are DELICIOUS! “Edit: Raising this from 1 to 4 star after speaking with the owner. It seems this was an outlier situation and they were very kind and receptive.

We came in at 8:20 PM (place closes at 9). The woman behind the counter seemed very detached and exhausted so I tried to be sympathetic. My burrito was a magnificent slop, not rolled properly at all. The soda fountain was out of CO2, so all the soda was flat - I made a comment but the employee didn't care even though she had charged me for the drink. The food wasn't bad but nothing remarkable or exciting.“

“Tacos here are the best in the area! They never disappoint and I’m always full with the 3 tacos that come in a plate! My favorite ones are the pastor tacos but the shrimp ones are really good too! The 3 leches cake and their aguas frescas are recommended too if you have a sweet tooth like me!“

“horrible experience & poor food quality. we ordered $90 of food tonight. first when trying to order i asked about the birria tacos in their Facebook post. the woman who answered told me that they dont call them birria tacos, they are called barbacoa. they required us to order from uber eats even though they advertise in town delivery. so we did. the tortillas with green sauce is rico's version of a chalupa. it was inedible. we ordered a steak chimichanga - it was very fatty. the quesadilla was delivered in the form of a taco. somehow an order for nachos we put in uber eats, was deleted. when we called to let them know somethings were not correct in the order and we were really dissapointed we were told this is not taco bell. at the end of the unhelpful conversation about their poor service and food quality, the final response was, "You got everything you deserved." very unprofessional. all around a bad experience. the food was not good. we love to support local businesses but will not be back to Rico Taco Mex 2.“

“We ordered Cinco de Mayo catering and it was phenomenal! The food was so fresh and the flavors were insane. My only complaint is we wanted more! The staff was over accommodating, they helped me carry all of the food outside of Bell Works to my car in the parking lot even when they were getting ready to close. Another staff member also came out and explained all of the food items so I knew what was what. Us and our guests were so impressed and we will be back. Don’t pass this place up for solid, fresh and bright tasting food!“
