“Come here quite often for alcohol, they have a great selection for a small spot. Recently, I finally went there for a meal and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Staff was pleasant and quick with service. The only issue is the place is rather small and tables are limited.“

“I love the food. Everything I've had has been awesome.. there Calamari is awesome.. and if you like loaded fries try them here. You will be okay. Drinks are great and they have a good selection of liquors. “This Chapter House is excellent!! Stumbled across this place by accident, and a good thing we did! The Caprese Panini is the best I EVER had! The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the pesto was delicious, you could tell homemade. I substituted the fries for vegetables, and even the broccoli and carrots were so fresh. We sat at the bar, and the bartender Heidi was so nice, personable, and provided excellent service. A true experienced professional! She checked on us, made sure our food was to our liking, and friendly. It wasn't about her just doing her job. We can tell she likes what she does. The bar and restaurant were also very clean. We will be back.“

“Apple Jacks is great. The owner John fixed me and hubby up back in 1987. The bar is really fun and they don't only have parties they have parties for the kids to. When my kids were little they had a big party and put a jumping blow up thing in the parking lot for the kids and they also got Ralph the other owner dress up as Santa Clause and have the kids sit on his lap and get presents.“
“Excelent neighborhood bar! Most bars in the area have mediocre or bad food. This place is different. They care about what they serve. Wings and bar pies are outstanding and home made specials. Bar tenders are fast and attentive and atmosphere is friendly. 5 stars for a fantastic spot!“
“The food was really good. But the service wasn't that good. It felt like our server where we sat in the bar area forgot about us. We waited 20 minutes when we got to our seats for her to come back and get our order. Then we saw her 1 time after that. Maybe it was a fluke but first impressions are very important.“
