BIG portions and everything is freshly prepared. Try the Shrimp of Marmora, shrimp in lobster sauce or the shrimp and chicken with black bean sauce (my fav). The owner (Alan) is there every night. Chef Alan has the best! Certainly best Chinese food in the County and beyond Accurate ordering, tasty fresh, and first rate preparation. Not yet ever disappointed. I look forward to seeing Chef Alan and his staff on every visit and the tasty meal that soon follows!

Shrimp Marmora is a must-have!!!! My go-to is the boneless ribs over brown rice. Unfortunately, the dining room has not re-opened to the public since COVID-19 and it's a shame because the food is SO MUCH better served hot and in-house.
