“Today was my first time at Peewee’s. The selection was great, I was especially pleased with all of the vegan choices. I had been wanting to try the corn ice cream and it did not disappoint. Unique and delicious! My daughter got the vegan piña colada with toasted marshmallows which she enjoyed. The store was clean and welcoming, the servers were attentive and friendly, and the outside area was very nice. Will definitely be back!“

“On a whim on a chilly mid-morning Sunday in January my neighbor and I stopped in here for brunch. I had the biscuits and gravy special with potatoes and eggs, the service was impeccable. Coffee was excellent, and the dessert (apple blossom with vanilla gelato) was absolutely amazing. I definitely will be returning with wine for dinner in the near future. “Popped in a hibachi lunch with my DW during the Sutumn Festival here in town. Excellent food, and the hibachi lunch is a steal at 16 bucks for the filet mignon. Not a typo, you read it right. A bargain. They serve it 11 to 3. It is pictured. Includes the miso soup, also pictured.

Friendly and courteous wait staff. The spicy yellowtail roll (pictured) was very good. The pictures do not do justice to the good presentation. The Wasabi kicked butt.

If you're in Moorestown for lunch, definitely give Akira2 a try. Great value for price paid.

Update April 2026...went for an early dinner and Akira did not disappoint. The Samurai roll is outstanding, and the hibachi seafood for 2 is a screaming bargain. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. You simply won't go wrong here. Important note: BYOB.“

“Always a pleasant and relaxing place for brunch , today was no exception. Ben our server was attentive and efficient, friendly and helpful. Our food was delicious as always. My son had the Shaksuka which looked great and which he said was excellent and not overly spicy. I had one of my favorites, Power Grain Pancakes. They are huge and flavorful, 2 always leave me with leftovers. The omelets and lemon blueberry pancakes are also excellent. Don’t forget to get the French press coffee; today we had Ethiopian which was so good I drank it black.

I will come back to Lascalas fire in AC as we have multiple times and now more in the future. During our meal- which was amazing- Ana -our bartender was absolutely the reason while we will keep coming back. Ana took the time to make recommendations, make the best drinks and managed a busy bar without any help other than her team mate Chris the bar back. “Just need to take a minute to share that that the manager could not have been more accommodating, pleasant and professional. I placed an online order for pick up, not knowing that they had closed for the day due to a predicted storm. I received a call from the manager explaining that they were actually closed but as he happened to be in the building and had seen an online order had been submitted he stayed and made the food himself. He could not have been friendlier when I picked it up. Aside from the great food- the staff literally goes above and beyond. Absolutely amazing, great people, great vibes, great food!“

The servings are huge, I got a jersey boy with spinach and there was a ton of pork roll and spinach on it. Home fries were crispy. Adding this to the top of the breakfast spot list!“
