The weather was gorgeous so we elected to have a lovely lunch outside on the patio. I was pleasantly surprised that the menu was so comprehensive & varied. The steak frites was recommended so I selected it…it was very tasty, although next time I would hold back the caramelized onions on to of the steak & request an au poivre sauce versus the hollandais. A local legend - the oldest 'continuously' running resturant in New Jersey. We go here on occation; it's convenient, local, and food is decent.
This visit we went with a friend after a hike. Service was excellent - although I don't like that they have valet parking. (Why in such a small town! 🤔)
