“New York Fried Chicken is a Halal Restaurant I'm so I go there offen when I go to my bank Central Jersey Federal Credit, I always order the Grill Chicken Salad, I love how much grill chicken that I get in my salad, I have never tried the other salad ingredients, the service is great, they are very nice and polite, the atmosphere is excellent, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the seating in the restaurant, the seating is nice and comfortable, the prizes are reasonable, no I have nothing else to share, my overall impression is awesome no there's nothing else that I have to add, I would tell a friend to go to New York Fried Chicken and enjoy themselves, my favorite part of my visit was looking at the menu while I waited the different varieties of food, it's to many items to recommend they all look good, I can't recommend a few dishes not right now I would have to have a menu, the menu offered alot of items, I have nothing more to say at this time you are welcome“

“As a picky Peruvian, this my go to restaurant when I want to eat Peruvian food. I usually order their rotisserie chicken w the works, aeropuerto de pollo (my toddlers have literally cried to stop and eat here when we drive by) and chicharon de pescado (I don't do jalea because I don't eat shellfish but if you do def try this). For drinks, we always order a pitcher of chicha (which never disappoints) and we also love their fruit (we tried mango and lucuma so far) shakes, which are made from actual fruit and not watered/milked down. This restaurant is also byob. Service is typically great, except on certain holidays so make sure you order at least an hr ahead.“

“Basic takeout experience. I wish they had better vegetable options; my kids and I hate coleslaw, so we have to make a veggie side in order to have a well rounded meal.

There's no seating inside, which is fine because we were bringing it to family, but I wish they had a drive-thru window so I wouldn't have to unbuckle my kids every time I pick up food there.“

“This place is like home. It’s been around for so many years, grew up eating here. So hospitable. The chicken delicious and juicy and everything is made from scratch! The rice and beans yummy! Always on point and everything is ALWAYS consistent, taste and texture has never changed which I love! Because I know what I am expecting already.“

“I have been going to KFCs since they started and they have been around for at least 20 years +. And I love the menus. The chicken is outstanding and I love the biskits and the chocolate chip cookies. Prices are reasonable to. I’m disabled now so I’m going to have to get someone to go and use the drive in to pick up my food. I live right down the street at the Senior Tower West building at Plainfield Avenue and W. 7th Street. We are right here at the corner. It’s so easy to get there. It’s the best spot for that KFC cause it’s right on the corner and it’s right in a busy section in that area.“

“Amazing food with friendly customer service. They treat you like a family and understand customer needs. I wanted my mix platter with broccoli and zucchini which is not in their menu, they were able to provide that for me. My son love their buffalo wings dip in sauce and hot wings. Their fried chicken is always fresh and delicious! I also recommend their cheesesteak, always fresh, hot and juicy!

“I need to say that Malka Khan is a diamond in the rough. Went into Crispy Chicken a few months ago. She was exceptionally kind and serviceable and went beyond in customer service. Second time in she was ever kinder, made me feel welcome and appreciated. Hence, why I’m taking the time to write this. She was generous, accommodating; more people should be this way. Oh, not to mention the food’s incredibly bangin’. Best place for chicken “tendies”, juicer and better flavor than you’ll get at an expensive restaurant. Kudos to Malka and her team. “I’ve been ordering from Jezif bi-monthly at minimum and every time has been through Uber Eats. They deserve a shout out. I’ve never physically been there but based off the menu I get chicken shack / halal vibes. The first thing id like to address is their consistency. It’s got to be an unbiased 9.8/9.9. The portions are great. The food is always fresh (possibly because I always request fresh chicken and rice) but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The food is flavorful and the one thing I truly appreciate with the attention to detail. Any special requests I have had have always been honored and accurate. The rice and chicken platter is my go to, with extra chicken of course (not that it’s needed because the portions are great for the price point). It’s worth paying the little extra. White sauce is always fresh. Chicken is always succulent and well cooked. Rice has never been dry or stale. The fried chicken is an elevated version of what you’d get from most “chicken shacks”. They just consistent deliver at a great price point. And again, I’ve only ever ordered through Uber Eats but the product is always hot and fresh. Beef patties are great. This is a great local spot and I won’t stop ordering even if they let me down once or twice… which they haven’t !!! You order a dinner platter and you have an easy two satisfying meals out of it. I love this spot !!! Excellent quality, quantity and an attention to detail which never goes unnoticed. The only flaw in my eyes is that the banana pudding isn’t that good and they don’t have a hot sauce hot enough available through the delivery app. All in all, I’ll happily keep giving them my money in exchange for the excellence they give in return. “Came here to try the limited time pickle menu items after seeing reviews, namely Kenji’s. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant. Everything from the chairs to floors, restroom and even exterior seemed new. The service was great and the employees all seemed genuinely happy. The food was hot, crispy, had the right amount of pickle flavor and spice. The pickle lemonade is interesting, it’s not for everyone though. I hope they will keep the pickle menu available for more than a month!“
