Great service, beautiful atmosphere, but most importantly, food was incredible. Wifey had the filet, and I, the pork chop, all delicious, but you gotta have the short rib croquettes, unbelievable. An actual fine dining experience. We'll be back fa sho!
I wanted to love this place but I just didn’t. They did a great job transforming the space into an upscale dining spot; unfortunately the planters make it difficult for the staff to move around the tables to serve. The food was ok - my filet mignon was absolutely delicious but the sides and the apps were average. The male waiter we had was ok but the female was snarky and had a scowl on her face. Sorry, we won’t be back.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Duke’s Steakhouse in Metuchen! The sides were incredible — the truffle fries and mashed potatoes were truly out of this world.
As a bonus, we went on a Wednesday and were pleasantly surprised by live jazz music, which created such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Another plus: it’s BYOB, which makes the experience even better.
