Having been to Greece, I remember the food being fresh, simple and delicious. I ordered the falafel salad for lunch and was transported back to Athens by the freshness of the vegetables, the bold yet simplistic vinaigrette, and the herby goodness from the falafel. The only thing missing is a stunning view of the Aegean or the remnants of a once great temple to Zeus, Apollo, or Athena.
