Just Salad in Middletown is a place with great healthy food and plenty of vegan options. The service is even better, with staff who are super friendly, kind, and of great assistance. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and every order is perfect. The Tokyo Superfood and Buffalo Chicken Wrap are absolutely tremendous, with generous portions, great value, and incredibly fresh and delicious food. For those with food allergies, the staff does a great job at not cross contaminating food. However, it is not recommended to order online, as it is incredibly slow and orders are never done at or near the scheduled time; it is better to order in person. Also, the weekend staff is very slow and does not pay much attention to customers, so it is best to come during the week.
