If I could give zero stars, I would customer service is horrible. The counter workers were extremely nasty. Pizza is like mush of the worst pizza I ever had in my life. My friend used to work here and they treated her horribly. I waited an hour for my pizza when they told me it would be 30 minutes. The guy that handed me my pizza gave me a dirty look, and didn't even wear gloves when making my pizza how disgusting..

Horrible, overpriced & filthy!! You can’t even get in the area for the order pick up it’s packed and they’re nasty to you! Pizza backed up by two hours.. and now, especially with all this drama, no wonder why no other businesses don’t last in that strip mall, they bully everyone out of there,.. Never going back! Bye bye

The best pizza in Monmouth county imo, always hot and fresh, good service just be ready to wait it gets busy on weekends, portnoy was correct on this place 👍

I typically don’t leave reviews, but after my experience with this establishment, I feel compelled to share my thoughts.

I ordered food from them, and the staff was incredibly unprofessional. To make matters worse, the chicken was tough and chewy, and we even found a hair in our pizza.

When we brought these issues to their attention, they refused to make it right. Very disappointing experience.

I had a disappointing experience at Luigi’s Famous Pizza and Catering. The service was shockingly unprofessional—staff seemed disorganized, inattentive, and uninterested in providing even basic courtesy. It took far too long to receive my takeout order (45 minutes), and there was no communication about the delay.

To make matters worse, the food was lukewarm by the time I got it, and the order was missing items. For a place that advertises quick and quality service, they fell far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant unless significant improvements are made.

Take out service is very slow. They not checking online orders on time. You can come here If you want spend 1 hour for the just waiting. Unprofessional service. Very bad experience. I understand they working hard but they don’t know how to work with online orders and they don’t respect customer’s time. Too many employees working but they can’t handle online orders on time. Please respect customers time or shutdown your orders….

Honestly don't ever write reviews but this places deserves to be well known! Everytime I come here i try something different and I'm never disappointed. On top of that from the owner to every employee the service and attitudes are amazing. Can only give 5 stars but would click 100. If I'm working within 15 mins of this place I make sure I stop in for something.. A+++++

Not a local, but passing through and OMG this pizza is spot on. I’m a pizza lover, been to over 100 places easy across country. The “new” bar pie is amazing, sauce is super good! Also the staff was super chill, even though extremely busy, great attitudes and cool. Will go out of my way to get pizza here when in north jersey.

Fantastic neighborhood spot with very reasonably priced pies and excellent service staff. Never had a bad pizza from here. The one time they accidentally sent the wrong one over, they quickly fixed the issue. They seem to up their game lately - all of the recent deliveries we've gotten have the pies steaming like they just came out of the oven.

Not enough reviews about their Queso branch….so here I am!! I refuse to go any place else for Mexican food except for Queso!! This place is the best! Always so fresh, burrito was filling and HUGE. Omg so good. (Second time ordering this week). Queso is delicious! On par with the rest of Luigis’ food- this was phenomenal!
