“I recently attended my neice's Shabbas Shevah Brachos and Heimish was the caterer for the all the meals.All the food served was fresh and delicious with a homemade feel. The chicken soup served Friday night was absolutely superb and above expectations when being served from a commercial kitchen! It was hearty and hot along with the matzah balls and noodles!For all three meals (Friday night, Shabbas lunch and Shalesh Suedes) the courses were plated nicely.We have a number of family members that required strict gluten free options which was met absolutely beyond expectations! Everything was clearly labeled and kept clean away from any cross contamination and indeed no one walked away with any reactions!I absolutely reccomend Heimish for any and all types of simchas for your catering needs!“

“I was in the area for a doctor's appointment and wanted to pick up some brekkie. I found Bagel Nosh close by. It was a Tuesday at around 9 am. I called ahead for pick up and my order was ready in less than 10 minutes, and piping hot. I ordered a sausage and cheese on a toasted everything wheat bagel, which hit the spot.l. Some places will only give you one sausage patty even when you don't order it with egg but this one came with two. The bagel itself was pretty good and they have more options than most places. It's a pretty heavy/greasy brekkie but you get a bang for your buck here, and it's nice for a once in a while treat.“

“Last night, at Columbia University, we had an event catered by Apple Spice and I had the vegetarian option. Homemade pesto mayo, thick fresh whole wheat bread, veggies galore with fresh slices of tomato, mushroom, peppers, cucumber, zuchini...and a pickle. Plus chunky cantalope and pineapple on the side. There were MANY options, but I just had the enormous and delicious vegetarian sandwich. I ate every crumb so sadly do not include a photo in this review. Xxox“

I was sent the menu, I ordered online and then I just showed up. Food was yummy, table looked adorable, everyone was happy and fed.“

Aditya was taking care of our table and he did a phenomenal job in taking care of all the individual requests pertaining to diet restrictions, choices and requirements. The owner took his time to come to our table and speak with us which was a genuine approach and care for their customers.Talking about food, I was shocked at the quality in a good way. While dal Bukhara is their famous dal, dal fry was not far behind either. It was well cooked and flavorful. The palak chaat is definitely a must try as well. A ton of variety to choose from. Highly recommend booking a reservation before going in because the place is packed especially on weekends.“

They advertise Italian food on the menu but its actually completely different once you get it..it tastes fine but just be aware that any non-Latin food you order probably is still Latin lol. I ordered penne vodka and I got some kind of spicy sauce. Apparently, this is their 'version' of it. Pricing is fair for slightly large portions. A large 'penne vodka' was $11.“
