Bivio is one of those little hole-in-the-wall spots that completely punches above its weight. The food is absolutely amazing, and the service is just as good. Sitting at the counter is a must you get to watch the pizzas being made and cooked right in front of you, which somehow makes you even hungrier! The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and every pizza is perfectly balanced without anything overpowering the others. You can tell there's a lot of care that goes into everything...
Our great little date night place. Food and appetizers are out of this world. Last time thru had a delicious fig platter with corconzola cheese , arugula and walnuts ! Execellent!!! Best Chef !!
Homey, delicious, expert level Neapolitan style, puttanesca briney, savory charred perfectly, funghi earthy with fluffy mozzarella and subtle, deeply flavored crust. Among the best in NJ - I thought it beats Razza. We will be back!
