I am OBSESSED with their chicken shawarma bowl. The chicken is tender and never weird. The bowl has all the ingredients I could want: red cabbage, feta, yogurt, salad, arugula, rice. And they have excellent portions. Idk how I lived here all this time and never got this but I’m loyal now 🫡

Jackie’s Montclair is such an incredible glow-up from their smaller location! The new space is beautiful, with such a great atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Everyone working there was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely smiling, which made the experience even better. I had the tuna melt and the pistachio rose loaf, and both were absolutely delicious! You can really tell how much care goes into everything. Such a lovely spot, and I can’t wait to go back!

Based on the reviews, Jackie's Montclair is a family-owned and run business that is one of the best places to eat in NJ or anywhere. It has a truly salt of the earth staff who are sweet, and the food is the most delicious. The restaurant offers tons of options, from Mediterranean to a good old fashioned Reuben Sandwich, from Breakfast All Day to a Steak for dinner with a Smoothie or Protein shake. Specific meals mentioned include the chicken kebab platter, the chicken BLT wrap, the Caesar wrap, the shepards salad, and the cutlet BLT wrap. The chocolate scone is truly delectable, and the carrot cake is a great dessert. The fries are the best ever, and the flavors are on point with a modern/American twist on Mediterranean food. It is a great local spot with a clean space, wonderful environment, and big portion sizes. Customers highly recommend it and say it deserves a 10 star.
