Love this place. I'm on here giving 3 stars and hoping they will take note. I get that it's called Paper Plane *Coffee*. With that said, love a matcha latte and faithfully came here for a fix on a regular basis but have noticed for the last several months the matcha is always extremely bitter. Stopped in for a takeaway coffee and it turned out to be exactly what I needed to reset my day. The walk over was a nice break, and I was back home in no time with a fresh cup in hand. Even with a busy crowd, the staff stayed calm, efficient, and genuinely attentive. The coffee itself was spot on, smooth, hot, and perfectly balanced, giving me the boost I needed to power through hours of work. Great drinks paired with thoughtful service made this an easy favorite.
