The food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious. However the service was a bit lacking due to the absence of front of house staff. Ordering had to be done at the kiosk and getting assistance was challenging.

The food is great. Sometimes things are out of stock, but not a big deal. Unfortunately, you cannot order at the desk, often times the POS is not up for date with what’s in stock, and the staff often disappear into the back, which makes it impossible to ask for lids/to go items. Would love to see this change as the food genuinely tastes great.

I stopped by for a quick lunch yesterday and was a little bit disappointed. On the window was a promotion for DIY ramen for 6.99 which apparently doesn’t specify that all toppings come at the separate price . Plus . Unfortunately I had to constantly ask a girls at the register for help since it was my first time . Plus no salt - as per cashier they don’t have it
