“Stopped by last Friday - just took a chance.
Pleasantly surprised how good the food was.
Had the vegetable tikka pizza - well made crust was perfect.
Also had the saag paneer and naan - both were very good and came with side of rice.

Their menu is bit confusing and hard to follow but glad we tried.

“My husband and I were craving Indian so we decided to try this place. Firstly, picking up it was the nicest customer service. The man was so personal and friendly, it was like walking into a family restaurant. He gave me a tea, some yummy dessert and he didn’t even want to accept money for it.

Secondly, we devoured everything. It was all so delicious and it filled us all up. We got three things but the chicken tikka was amazing.

Overall, I would highly recommend ordering from here. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Three of us had a wonderful dine-in experience at Koy Grill Marlboro/Morganville enjoying authentic Turkish/Mediterranean flavors and attentive service. From the moment we opened the door at 8:30 pm on a Sunday evening, we were greeted by a hostess who genuinely welcomed us to the restaurant. When we were seated, a pretty glass bottle of cold water was brought to our table, along with seasoned fresh/homemade Turkish bread and olive tapenade. The dinnerware and utensils were clean and tightly wrapped in napkin. Waiter and hostess (Ali and Olivia) introduced themselves. New to restaurant, I was given ample time to review menu. Both Ali (in training) and Olivia were very patient with my many menu questions. Needless to say, Ali and Olivia were spot on. We ordered multiple appetizers - shepherd salad, hummus + pita, crispy feta in phyllo rolls, and lentil soup. For dinner we had chicken shish, lamb adana, and lamb gyro + pita that I opted to top with grilled mushrooms and hot pepper. The online photos did not do the dishes any justice. I should have taken my camera out to share how plentiful the dishes were when served and how perfectly grilled the meats were, too! The food had delicious seasoning - that did not repeat afterwards. We took leftovers home and will enjoy lunch the next day. We each had desserts, too, that were served in glassware. One pistachio/gelato and two hazelnut/chocolate flute - both as pictured on menu. We were offered to take glassware home with us afterwards, but forgot to take with us while we focused on remembering to take our bagged leftovers. All in all, it was a truly enjoyable, unplanned Sunday evening dinner. Aside from the freshly cooked delicious food and desserts, it was one of the most pleasant interactions with restaurant staff that I can remember in a long time. Thank You Koy Grill and an even bigger Thank You to Ali and Olivia for welcoming us and for providing us with a great restaurant experience.”

“My family and I have had the great pleasure of having dinner at 618 in Freehold NJ on several occasions. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant! Everything on their menu is wonderful and we’ve tried so many appetizers, main courses and cocktails at this point. It’s rare to find a cool, comfortable restaurant with so many great cocktails and incredible choices across all menu selections. And, if that is not enough, their staff is truly a dream team. The owners, manager, hostesses and servers ALL go way out of their way to make everyone feel like guests having a special dining experience in their happy home. Dining at 618 is a truly delightful experience—it’s quite simply food and service heaven! The owners and staff ALL really care and it shows. Their kindness and care to our 96 year old dad and us every time we dine there is so beautiful. It lights him and us up so much. To the owners, manager, hostesses and servers, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! “Great food with consistent outcomes with every visit. We eat in the restaurant which is never crowded. I would like to see more people come in. Today our new favorite was the whole Pomfret fish. “Owner should learn how to treat customers We were a party of four and we arrived on time for a 7:45 reservation. When we arrived there were many people waiting to be seated. We were told that the wait would only be 10 - 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later we were told that the wait would be an additional 10 - 15 minutes. A half hour later my wife was told that the wait would only be another 10 - 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I requested to speak with the owner and I was told that I was speaking with the owner (at that point there was only one other group waiting to be seated). They informed me that a group of six with an 8:00 reservation was just seated. I said that it was not fair to make us wait 45 minutes since we did have a reservation and the people with a later reservation were just seated. I said that I may have something to say about it after the meal. The reply was "if you have something to say, say it now"! I replied that I would reserve my thoughts until after the meal. How insulting, imagine waiting over 45 minutes and then being told if I had anything to say I shouldn't wait till after my dinner, that I should say it now. I replied that I would wait till after the meal before I had any additional comments. With that we were refused service and we were told to leave. I am a 75 year old retired veteran and in my life I was never treated in this manner. When we grew up we had more respect for others. This is not how customers should be treated.”

“Amazing new restaurant! We enjoyed a terrific dinner at Marmara - the restaurant itself was beautiful and comfortable and the food was some of the best Turkish food we’ve had. From the hot puffy bread and the mixed cold appetizers (each one better than the next) to the lahmacun (a flat bread covered with ground meat and spices) to the entree kebabs and Adana, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Our server Irfan was very friendly and attentive, as was the rest of the staff (there were so many people working and all doing a great job). We had a lovely dinner and can’t wait to go back!”

“This was some of the best bbq outside of texas I've had! We got the brisket and the pulled pork with mac and cheese, corn bread, and mashed potatos. The brisket was incredibly moisty and melt in your mouth. The pulled pork was also really good. The mashed potatos were soo creamy and delicious! The mac and cheese was also pretty good though just above standard. Also loved the corn bread! The only super minor note i would say is it would be great if they had a homemade lemonade instead of just bottles”

“We highly recommend Patricia's of Holmdel. We have frequented this establishment with our immediate family of 12 for birthdays, celebrations, and more! The environment is warm and inviting through its modern decor, enjoyable music, lighting, and seating. Tables are covered with white clothes and seating is comfortable whether inside or out. The location is well maintained and clean. The pricing is average for fine dining. The entire staff is exceptional. We enjoy all pleasantries with the staff members. It is evident that care is placed in choosing the staff. Each is professional, personable, and thorough. They make us feel like VIP every time we go, especially when John N. is our server. John N. is extremely knowledgeable of the inner workings of this establishment. We have severe food allergies and dietary restrictions. John N. illustrates such compassion towards us. He is diligent in keeping us safe, and keeps open communication with the chef when we are present. He is so kind and fun, too, in such a way that he feels like a family member. While eating at Patricia's it feels as if we are transported to a family dinner in Italy. Between the welcoming ambience, pleasant staff, and delicious food, we (without hesitation) highly recommend Patricia's of Holmdel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“1st time! Delicious food! We had the Vegetable Samosa and Tandoori Chicken Tikka for starters! Both were fabulous tasting, the Samosa had a nice spice to it, and the sizzling Tikka was just perfect! I had a Chicken Kadai and the wife had Chicken Badami Korma. Both delicious and even though I enjoy heat, these two dishes were mild and absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at the great flavors! I highly recommended! And the prices are very reasonable! Will be back!”
