“New 08059 resident here! Looked up a few pizza places and this was 2nd closest to me. Got the large Hawaiian Sicilian. Almost went to another shop but felt weird that they include forced tip for pickup?!? I left Pete’s a tip anyway but there’s a huge difference between wanting to leave one vs being forced to, for pickup!!!

“You can always count on great grub from Del Rossi’s. The pizza is great but the cheesesteaks are my favorite. On my last visit I went with my usual…regular steak with grilled onions. The meat to cheese to bread ratio is exactly right at this place. Delicious and high quality. Best steak in the city in my opinion.“

I made the horrible mistake of eating at Pat's the other day, and the meat tasted like shoe leather. “My husband loves this chain from his time working in Marlton. We were in Voorhees running errands, and decided to stop into this location. It's slightly more spacious than Marlton which is nice. The service was quick and efficient. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and it was delicious. Fresh and lots of chicken. It came with two little bread sticks and vodka sauce which was phenomenal. My husband got a cheesteak and cheese fries which he loved. He said the leftovers were still just as tasty the next day. Will definitely return!“

While most restaurants may not be as good as they used to be, it is the opposite for Tony & Nick's. They started at a very high level and seemed to exceed it.“

“We traveled to Hershey, Pennsylvania for the Labor Day Week/Weekend from North Carolina. We tried a couple other cheese-steaks, by far Sonny’s Cheese Steaks were the best! Hope to one day make the 8 1/2 hour trip again! Fries were good too wit wiz!“

What's there to say besides fast, friendly and caring community icons. It's Rocco's steaks delicious fresh high quality and the Italian Hoagie is the absolute best I have ever had.( Well, actually have had repeatedly over and over and delicious every time ) I just cannot bring myself to get one from anywhere else. High quality fresh meats made correctly. They also serve many other foods and breakfast items at good prices. A popular neighborhood staple but if you don't live in the direct area definitely worth a little ride for take out. ♥️ They are take out and delivery but they do have a small counter seating and both that many like to frequent.“

“Had my first Water Ice, Lemon, here while we were touring the area. Fantastic! The gentleman that ran the cart was friendly nad hooked my right up, even though he was in the middle of a boat load of Cheesesteak orders. If I had had room for another Cheesesteak I definitely would have ordered one of his, they looked and smelled incredible. His usual spot is right there on the corner of 6th & Market and it's a great unofficial Ambassador to the city and it's local flavors. If you're going to visit Philly, this is a good stop to plan on.“

“The owner and staff greeted us with a great big smile and then we picked out what looked to be my favorite—buffalo chicken. I knew this pizza looked like it was the perfect consistency, but I wasn’t sure yet if the taste would measure up. It had the perfect amount of cheese and just the right hint of ranch sauce—oh, so good! The plain slice took me right back to my hometown pizza shop in both taste and consistency. We are super picky about our pizzas, with Brooklyn’s best being among my faves. I am telling you that this place is the best hidden gem in Philly for pizza! You have to try it!“

“Small sub shop around Penns Landing and I am glad we stopped to get some real Philly cheesetakes to bring DMV...
South Philly is the best so far and stayed hot even after a couple of hour drive.

“Tried both the cheesesteak, and buffalo chicken cheesesteak, and they were both excellent! Loved the seeded rolls, and the sandwiches were packed with meat. Limited parking, drink options, and indoor seating, but definitely a worthwhile cheesesteak which I will be back for.“

“I live not too far from Larry's steaks o. 9th and Girard. Im a Phillycat born and raised and I've been across country and to Alaska. This is hands down one of the best steak places to go in philly! And there are a few little hood jaws, up in the cut but good a** food. No doubt stop in and grab something in day or late night they the spot. I usually order a classic cheese steak and fries, cheese burger and fries, or a steak stromboli. Which I got a small and felt Hella greedy cause it was so fargin big! “My favorite spot to eat in the Deptford Mall food court. Highly recommend the kimchi cheesesteak, but if you want traditional go with the Old School. Cheese fries were excellent as well.

It's a tad pricey but it's in the mall, so for what ya get I think it's fair. Quality is excellent as well. Give them a try.“

“The cheesesteak is great. I have eaten a lot of cheesesteaks and I can honestly say it is definitely good quality and sizeable steak for the prices. My only complaint would be that if you are ordering for delivery don’t get any of the fried food like the mac and cheese balls, they don’t manage to stay crispy at all by the time they get to their destination. Maybe they could look into ways to keep them crispy for a longer period of time. Either way the cheesesteak is a 8.5+/10 (extremely good)“

“The classic Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich is really delicious, the texture of the meat with pieces of sweet onion accompanied by cheese sauce on a soft and spongy bread, it was truly a delight, I loved it, the delicious potatoes were shocking and just right.
