“We come here often, almost every Friday after my daughter goes to karate and they have great products but I have had some issues. It seemed great for the first few visits. My daughter loves their mango strawberry smoothie. But lately, I found a peice of plastic in my smoothie the one time and my daughter got sick after drinking one of their smoothies last night, try at your own risk!“

I know that I'm in comfortable environments. Too many places these days are used as pick-up spots for people who practice a particular sick lifestyle. But you don't have to be on guard for that type of behavior at a Chick-fil-A.“

“I love this establishment. I come here about every 3-4 weeks. The food never fails. The portions are huge. The family that owns this establishment is always courteous and the customer service is always top notch. Support small businesses like this one, you will not regret it.“

Staff was awesome & welcoming!

The food is definitely good! However, I’m completely appalled with the amount of “sauce” they put on my platters. So much so, I stopped eating to write a review! Everyone comes for the “sauce”, no reason I should be using 3 extra containers on 1 platter!

Another critique; The gentlemen behind the counter are scrambling to get orders out the door. Seemed like a very painstaking process for both the employees & customers.

Again, they just opened, so these things are expected. I DO NOT intend to business bash, by any means, I simply just want to give some constructive feedback from a customer’s point of view! I will update my review during my next visit!

I’ve been here a few times since & it’s improved immensely! Food is always fresh, and tasty. Service is generally slow with or without a crowd. All in all, I’d recommend over Asads! Will definitely return & recommend!“

“Gai Chicken is a mixed bag for me. Their wings are hands-down the best in town - crispy, flavorful, and addictive! However, I've been disappointed multiple times by their consistent lack of roasted chicken. It's a staple menu item, but somehow always 'unavailable'.

Why tease us with an option you can't deliver? Despite this frustration, their wing game is strong enough to keep me coming back. Improve your inventory management, Gai Chicken, and you'll easily earn that 5th star!

“I am from Ohio and have family from your area of New Jersey. They bring your strombolis out when they come visit and they are the best I have ever had. They don't make them like that out here. Thank u Red Star!“

“It’s OK the food is pretty decent. The customer service they can kind of work on some things but it’s just like any other fast food place. They do the best that they can try and get the food out. There is always leading there to sit down. It feels like to say or you can take out or you can do DoorDash grab Uber eats I believe so it’s not a bad place. I definitely would recommend it.“

“Never a bad experience at this chick fil a even if they get my order wrong. Which is like 1 in a million yknow? The staff looks very young and you would think this generation would be negligent of the labor they put out but these kids do their best and it really shows. I wonder if thats why the food tastes twice as good.

Vegetarian options: They happen to have a veggie wrap available. And you can have the salads without their chicken egg or bacon at your discretion. They also have fruitcups available. So if you really think about it theres at least one VEGAN meal possible here and that speaks! Still waiting on a fried chicken sandwich substitute. I bet they could do that really well.

Dietary restrictions: They are very good with caring for my gluten allergy. I watched my order taker ask their leaders to change their gloves. They also go the extra mile and write it on the order itself so the kitchen gets it too i think. Never had a problem here.

Parking: They share a parking lot with the diner next to them. It can often get so packed even their curbsides can get congested.

Kid-friendliness: Every other day i see them have some sort of activity for children and their families. This place is all about em!

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door sensors for weelchairs. Ramps available for that as well. And their tables are spaced in a way for this as well.“

“The girl who was helping us was so friendly and really know what she's selling plus willing to help eventhough we were arriving at almost closing time. Tried my chicken wings at home 30 minutes later, really recommend the Garlic Honey, looooove it 😋 👌 the sauce and the crunchy texture that still there YUMMMYYYY!!!“

“Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. That truly was a bright part of our day. We will remember that each and every time we go to the Penn building.
