“Update 4/2024. This year (2024) we went back few times, not sure if they are under new management, but the staff was very friendly each time, the lines were huge, but the service and the order prep improved, definitely changed for the better in the past two years.

Their Love It size became more of a Like It and today the marshmallows in the ice cream my kid got were hard as rock, obviously stale. Also we went over about two weeks ago at 2:20pm as their site showed they open at 2:00, yet doors were locked with employees inside. I called in to ask thought they forgot to unlock the door, but the lady said they’ll open later maybe in half hour… really? Needless to say we will no longer visit this location“

“The Indian Hut serves up real authentic flavors! The Malai Soya Chaap was incredibly creamy and well-seasoned, and the Vegetable Noodles and Fried Momos were both fresh and delicious. The highlight was definitely the robot high-tech touch that makes the experience stand out. Just a heads-up: they do take a bit of time to prepare the food, so expect a longer wait, but the quality is definitely worth it if you aren't in a rush.“

When I walked in recently to their Evesham Road rebuilt location, I was met by Lorie Goldsmith who remembered me by giving me a friendly welcome. Lorie is certainly an improvement from Sharon in that Lorie truly cares about your needs ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase including other customers as i observed her interactions with other customers. And, no matter what task Lorie is doing, whenever a customer walks through the door, she stops to help and teaches her staff to do the same!
