“Update 4/2024. This year (2024) we went back few times, not sure if they are under new management, but the staff was very friendly each time, the lines were huge, but the service and the order prep improved, definitely changed for the better in the past two years.

Their Love It size became more of a Like It and today the marshmallows in the ice cream my kid got were hard as rock, obviously stale. Also we went over about two weeks ago at 2:20pm as their site showed they open at 2:00, yet doors were locked with employees inside. I called in to ask thought they forgot to unlock the door, but the lady said they’ll open later maybe in half hour… really? Needless to say we will no longer visit this location“

“Stopped by for a couple Everything Bagels this morning and couldn't resist getting the Mini Blueberry Cheesecake. The bagel was delicious. The cheesecake was to Die for. The graham cracker crust was out of this world delicious. you can totally tell your using quality ingredients and you care. Fabulous 👌“

“Oh my!!!…was fortunate enough yesterday to win a boo cake at a networking event. I have never had one, but it looked amazing. I brought back to my office at Ambotte.com and the entire cake was gone. It was delicious. All who ate it were impressed with how amazing this cake was. Thank you for the opportunity of letting us try it. I guarantee we will be buying cakes in the future!!!“

“This is my favorite treat! Every time I enter the market, I go right to the cake area, and put one of your treats in my basket. I can not leave the store without one. I would purchase the big one, but I wouldn't be able to save any of it. Absolutely the best cheesecake I have ever had. Lorie is certainly an improvement from Sharon in that Lorie truly cares about your needs ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase including other customers as i observed her interactions with other customers.
