We ordered a pizza at 6:50pm . After an hour of waiting for our order to be delivered, we finally called and was placed on hold for 25 mins. After being on hold for so long , we still did not receive a status on our order so we just hung up . It got to the point where we had to go buy food elsewhere because we were starving and it was getting late . 3 hours has gone by this time and we tried to call them again to get a refund. My order was canceled without any notice, until I went to the store to pick it up. Staff was also rude.
Great spot! Great promotions! Food is always hot. Delivery is on time and happy.
