Worst Dunkin around!!!! Went through the drive through today to have the employee charge me for 4 donuts when I ordered 3 and then only make 1 iced coffee when I ordered 2 (mind you the coffee was made wrong). He then argued with me about it. I then got down the street to realize they gave me the wrong donuts! So I go back and go inside and ask for the correct ones where the woman then got my order wrong a total of 5 times! Not hard in any way to give someone 2 chocolate covered...read full review
AWFUL Experience!!!!!!! This is the most rude and disrespectful team I have ever encountered. My mom went and had an awful experience and since she couldn’t hear the lady on the speaker and my mom asked her to repeat herself the lady got an attitude and then when my mom came up to the window the lady at the window told my mom she wouldn’t serve her because she was the rude one.
