“Staff is always excellent. Plenty of vegetarian options for me, the "Age Tofu" with tempura sauce is excellent, and I also tried a sushi roll with cucumber and tofu skins in it which was incredible. Hibachi never disappoints either. This is probably my family's favorite place to go together, and whenever we have an event to celebrate or we can't get a reservation somewhere else, we are always happy to pull in here!

It’s creamy, spicy, and hits the palette well. The service is always phenomenal, super fast and the nicest staff you’ll ever meet. If you haven’t been here, it’s a must try!“

“I was desperately craving sushi. I had not been to a restaurant for months so i wanted to treat myself. I found Maza and went into order. Never having been there and not knowing what to expect…i wish all testaurants and people were as nice as Maza’s employees. They helped me find rolls that were gluten free, they showed me all the ingredients they planned on using to confirm they were gluten free. I asked for two rolls to go, one salmon and one tuna, for a friend. When the two rolls came out both the chef and the cashier reminded me i stated salmon and tuna, both rolls to go came out with salmon on top and they offered to switch the salmon on top of one of the rolls to tuna at no extra charge, when i went to pay i noticed a cash jar for tips, i apologized for not having cash to tip and the cashier sincerely said dont worry about it. If you are sick of dealing with entitled restaurant employees who demand tips just for looking at them, then this is the place for you. The sushi was as fresh and delicious as the employees were sweet and kind and respectful. Thank you HaShem for Maza!!!!

“Excellent! My 1st time here was such an amazing food experience. Everything we ordered was great. The service was friendly and efficient. No fancy spot but that’s totally ok. Dining (as in food) experience alone outweighs any con someone can come up with. While the interior is somewhat lackluster, the food itself was a treat. The clear soup and gyoza were incredible, and the sushi rolls were fresh and prepared well. Furthermore, the prices were reasonable, which is extremely refreshing during this administration. The restaurant was completely empty during dinner, though, which was somewhat sad to see. On the heels of the disappointing change of ownership at Little Szechuan "GoGo" (still cannot believe that is the name) - this may be my new standby for oriental cuisine in Little Silver.“

“We ordered a plethera of food. Beef and green beans, beef and broccoli, boneless spare ribs, general tso chicken, shrimp lo mein, and fried dumplings. Everything was delicious, except the shrimp lo mein and pork friend rice that came with the combination. I was very happy with everything I ordered- especially the general tso, which is my go to at most chiness restaurants. My 3 yo loved the boneless spare ribs and shrimp lo mein. While I didn't eat the shrimp lo mein, I believe the rice just needed a little extra soy sauce- so not a total loss. We will definitely be back again.
