Food and service are amazing. We had Cesar salad, seafood pasta, and grouper- all were very good. AC is not strong so it did get hot towards end of meal. It's a small restaurant and the tables are very close together.
I give the food five stars but atmosphere not so much. The restaurant is very small and we were originally seated on the side closest to the door. Temperature outside was very warm so that part of the restaurant was pretty toasty. Fortunately, there was a table on the other side of the glass that was far more comfortable. Food and drinks were delicious! I had the Pina Colada and my husband had the Condado Mojito. Both drinks were excellent! We had 2 tapas - tacos, 2 fish and 2 spicy crab. Both were delicious but the spicy crab was superb! Also had jumbo crab cakes - very large and tasty. We then had the chef and Caesar salads and a side dish of Amarillos for dessert. We were stuffed when we left. Cayo Blanco exceeded our expectations!
