Food and drinks were delicious! I had the Pina Colada and my husband had the Condado Mojito. Both drinks were excellent! We had 2 tapas - tacos, 2 fish and 2 spicy crab. Both were delicious but the spicy crab was superb! Also had jumbo crab cakes - very large and tasty. We then had the chef and Caesar salads and a side dish of Amarillos for dessert. We were stuffed when we left. Cayo Blanco exceeded our expectations!
The food was exceptional. I definitely recommend anything with the octopus. The staff was very friendly, although a little understaffed. It's a very small place so reservations are recommended.  We highly recommend this restaurant.
We dined on Valentine's Day and despite them being very busy, the service was excellent and the food phenomenal. My husband and I shared octopus stuffed plantains for an appetizer and then an enormous Puerto Rican style seafood paella for two as our entree. We also had a coconut flan for dessert.
