I've heard very good reports about Kam Fung. After visiting a friend in the nearby hospital, we decided to try it. I ordered the Shrimp with Cashew nuts combination plate and veg. fried rice for my companion. When the order was ready, the lady called out what I'd ordered and cheerfully handed me the bag. The new owners of this place truly have something special going on here. The food is delectable, especially the spare ribs; they were tender, sweet, and tangy. Not only is the atmosphere nice and comforting, but the two brothers always greet me with big smiles on their faces, particularly the big one, while the other one provides service worthy of a Michelin star restaurant.
