Really enjoyed my visit to Kyber Cafe. I had an iced latte with cardamom cold foam, and while the cardamom flavor was very subtle, the cold foam itself was lightly sweet and delicious. The coffee was exceptionally well-balanced and not too bitter, not overly sweet, just the right combination of coffee strength and sweetness. As someone who’s pretty picky about coffee, this was one of the better lattes I’ve had.

In general their coffee and food is good though a bit on the expensive side. Their chicken sandwich is really good and the ras malai tres leches is amazing as well. It's so good that I got a $47 parking ticket from the lovely NBPA to prove it 😭 but it's not really a sit down cafe given the very small size and always busy with Rutgers students.
