About Redd's Biergarten

Redd's Biergarten is a legendary spot in the neighborhood, especially among Rutgers students and beer enthusiasts. Located next to the train station, it's easily accessible and offers a convenient spot to catch games and enjoy a wide variety of beers, from classic lagers to hoppy IPAs, at an affordable price. The spacious venue is perfect for large groups and parties, especially on weekends when it gets packed with students and features DJ music and door security. However, for a more relaxed atmosphere, weeknights and daytime visits are recommended. The food options are lighter than at other locations, but the energy in the bar is contagious, especially on Rutgers Football game days when the venue becomes electric with scarlet-clad fans cheering on the Scarlet Knights.

The sign is very catchy, perhaps is the name of the owner or his friend perhaps.

It was kind of empty at 1am on a Friday tbh. But it was great. Music was decent. The cranberry vodka was good too
